About the Role: We’re looking for a script writer who can craft compelling, high-converting ad scripts for short-form videos across Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook. The ideal candidate knows how to merge creativity with performance data to write scripts that grab attention and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Write performance-driven ad scripts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance marketing teams.
- Conceptualize and script hooks, body narratives, and CTAs for 6–60 sec video ads.
- Create multiple script variations for A/B testing across platforms.
- Participate in shoots and ensure execution matches the script vision.
- Review video edits and share feedback aligned with script intent.
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve future scripts.
- Stay updated with trends, storytelling formats, and consumer insights.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in copywriting/scriptwriting, preferably in performance marketing.
- Excellent command of Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of social media ad ecosystems.
- Proven ability to write strong hooks and high-converting CTAs.
- Experience collaborating with editors and marketers.
- Strong storytelling abilities and consumer insight understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with D2C, health-tech, beauty, or e-commerce brands.
- Understanding of creative analytics (CTR, retention, ROAS).
- A strong portfolio showcasing video ad scripts or social media campaigns.
