🎯 Position Overview
As a Front-of-House Associate, you will be the first point of contact for pet parents and their furry companions. Your role is crucial in ensuring a warm welcome, smooth appointments, and a seamless customer service experience at the clinic.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using clinic systems.
- Promote and explain Dr. Paws Membership Packs to customers.
- Welcome pets and their owners, offering a calming and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist customers while they wait, ensuring comfort and engagement.
- Manage billing processes accurately for all services rendered.
- Recommend pet products (food, toys, accessories, etc.) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Receive and organize stock for the clinic’s retail section.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness in coordination with housekeeping staff.
- Open and close the clinic daily, ensuring proper safety and security procedures.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Confident, friendly, and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable around dogs and cats; genuine love for animals is essential.
- Ability to learn appointment and billing software systems quickly.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to improve.
