🎯 Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative operations, support the Executive Committee/BOM, and coordinate with Facility Management, Security teams, and service providers to ensure efficient functioning of the community.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the Association Office.
- Maintain records, files, registers, and essential documentation.
- Handle resident queries and coordinate with Facility Management, Security, and service teams.
- Assist the Executive Committee/BOM with meetings, minutes, circulars, and official communication.
- Monitor service providers and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Prepare reports, maintain data, and support billing and collection processes.
- Assist in accounting transactions and account reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and document organization.
- Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by the Association.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic experience with accounting software and good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience (preferably residential/real estate sector).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
